The annual summit of United Methodist Annual Conference staff persons who relate to Camp & Retreat Ministries, hosted by Asbury Hills Camp & Retreat Center near Greenville, South Carolina. All-inclusive registration takes care of airport shuttle, three nights' lodging, all meals, program, and Night On the Town including dinner and Biltmore tour.
Shared Occupancy: $310 per person
Single Occupancy: $385 per person
(Rate includes everything, even Night On the Town)
Asbury Hills covers over 2000 acres of mountains and hills, creeks and waterfalls, forests and lakes in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You will find comfortable lodging, meeting, and dining facilities. Among three separate lodges, most accommodations will be shared-occupancy. Single-occupancy rooms will be available on a first come-first served basis. Special meals will be gladly provided for those with alternative diets.

Transportation:
Transportation from the Greenville/Spartanburg (GSP) airport will be scheduled at 2 and 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday; please schedule flight arrivals by 3:30 pm. The shuttle ride to Asbury Hills is approximately 1 hour. Departing flights should not be scheduled before 10 a.m. on Friday. There will be 2 departing transportation options from Asbury Hills to GSP on Friday morning.
ATL option: If you find it's a better value to fly into Atlanta, Russell Davis is offering a ride. Plan arrival into ATL airport by 1:30 pm on Tuesday, and schedule departing flights no earlier than 12:30 pm on Friday. The trip will take about 2.5 hours.
