Event registration includes three nights' lodging, seven meals, and program. Our dinner out in Freeport is not included and is your own responsibility.
Double Occupancy: $200 per person
Single Occupancy: $275 per person
Camp Mechuwana provides comfortable lodging, meeting, and dining facilities. Special meals will be gladly provided for those with alternative diets.
On Thursday afternoon we will explore offsite with a visit to the fishing village of Freeport, home of L.L.Bean. We'll enjoy dinner out and sample the local seafood.
New Staff Onboarding Day 11/28:
NEW THIS YEAR! Tuesday November 28th, 9am-5pm, we will hold an “add-on” day expressly for new annual conference staff with Camp and Retreat Ministry in their portfolio.
Learn more about the powerful opportunities, unique challenges, and supportive resources available to your work on the conference level in camping ministries. Seasoned conference staff will share in this day customized to your needs. If you opt to participate in this extra day, the cost is $25, $50 if staying over Monday night. Airport transportation will be provided.
Transportation:
We'll coordinate shuttle runs from Portland International Jetport (PWM) Monday evening, Tuesday afternoon and evening. Please schedule flight arrivals by 4 pm if you want to make it to the camp in time for dinner on Tuesday. There will be a later car departing at 5:30 pm; those folks will get dinner on the road. The ride to Mechuwana is approximately 1 hour. Departing flights should not be scheduled before 10 a.m. on Friday (shuttle leaves after breakfast).
