This year our vendor hall will have a "Mardis Gras" theme, with all the food and fun to go with it. Please feel free to join in! Laissez les bon temps rouler!
The schedule for the Vendor Hall is as follows:
TUESDAY, JANUARY 29
2:00pm Vendor Set-up
5:30-7:30pm Vendor Hall Grand Opening Party & Dinner (Mardis Gras Theme)
7:30pm Vendor Hall closed
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 30
9:00am Vendor Hall Reopens
11:00am Vendor Hall Drawing & Giveaways
11:30am Teardown
Lodging for vendors is available at Warren Willis/LEC for Monday, the 28th and Tuesday, the 29th. If you prefer to stay off-site, or need additional nights of lodging, below are some suggestions for area hotels.

Meals for Tuesday dinner, Wednesday breakfast and Wednesday lunch for two people are included with vendor registration.
We are accepting Vendor registrations until all available spaces are filled, and first-come, first-choice for your booth spot. For best results, register now!
