Themed "In The Kitchen," UMCRM's biennial cornerstone event will be hosted in 2021 at beautiful Jumonville Camp & Retreat Center in southwestern Pennsylvania. Gather with camp and retreat ministry leaders from across the country for inspiration, education, fun, and fellowship.


This event is designed to be family-friendly (kids program is free!), and non-United Methodist camp leaders are warmly welcomed. Lodging rate for kids is based on their age and room-sharing, so if you're bringing the family, please contact us before you pay for registration.


To register, scroll all the way down in the blue sidebar to get to the REGISTER button. Registration will be limited to 150 people, so don't delay. For assistance with your registration, please contact our Registrar, Jen Burch via email, or call 862-200-7260. 


Your inclusive registration covers room (with bedding & towels), all meals Monday dinner through Friday breakfast, event fees, speakers, workshops, and all programming. Private lodging rooms are no longer available. There is a variety of shared cabin lodging, so choose a couple of roommates, plan to stay with your staff team, or meet some new friends. We will be utilizing bottom bunks only, with 5 or fewer people per lodging room/restroom "cohort." 


Payments & Cancellation: 

Payment can be made by check or credit card; balance must be paid by Friday, October 22. Mailed checks should be postmarked by 10/12. Scholarships are available through the Legacy of Leadership FundIn the unfortunate event that you have to cancel, UMCRM is able to issue a refund, minus a $100 registration fee, up until October 24th, 2021. No fees will be incurred for COVID-related cancellations. Please email the Registrar for assistance with your situation. We urge anyone who is not feeling 100% well on travel day to stay home this time.


Transportation:

Ground transportation will be provided to and from Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) for $50 round-trip. Book flights to arrive before 2:30 pm on Monday 10/25/21, departing after 12 noon on Friday, 1/29. If you're arriving or departing outside the shuttle times, check our Carpool Site to connect with a ride.
