Base fee:

Early Bird Rate – $400.00
Register before September 6th for the best possible deal! Payment due by January 6th, 2025.
Regular (non-discounted) registration – $450.00

Themed "Wonder," UMCRM's biennial cornerstone event will be hosted in 2025 at Camp Allen in Navasota, TX. Gather with camp and retreat ministry leaders from across the country for inspiration, education, fun, and fellowship. Learn more on the website: umcrm.camp/2019-national-gathering/

This event is designed to be family-friendly (kids program is free!), and non-United Methodist camp leaders are warmly welcomed.

Payments & Cancellation:

Payment can be made by check or credit card; balance must be paid by January 10th. Mailed checks should be postmarked by 1/6. Scholarships are available through the Legacy of Leadership Fund. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel, UMCRM is able to issue a refund, minus a $100 registration fee, up until December 20th. Please email the Registrar for assistance if needed.

Airport Shuttles

Ground transportation will be provided to and from Dallas Forth Worth airport (DFW). Book flights to arrive before 3:30 pm on Monday 1/27, departing after 11 a.m. on Friday, 1/31. The last shuttle on Monday will depart at 4:30 pm. If you're arriving or departing outside the shuttle times, check our Carpool Site to connect with a ride (or offer one!).
