Base fee:

SEJ - Bunk – $250.00
Bunk rooms in Cabins and Rice Lodge sleep between 3 and 8 guests in bottom bunks. Guests may request roommates (and/or designate staff team, friend group, gender, etc) on the registration form.

Bunk rooms do NOT include bedding & towels-- please plan to bring your own if possible.
SEJ - Commuter – $150.00
Not staying overnight? This option includes program and 5 meals.
SEJ - Hotel-style lodge room – $280.00
Creekside & Batson Lodges have hotel-style rooms that vary in occupancy from 2-5 guests (mix of single and double beds).

Themed "Abide," SEJ's biennial cornerstone event will be hosted in 2026 at Asbury Hills Camp & Retreat Center in Cleveland, SC. Gather with camp and retreat ministry leaders from across the Southeast (and beyond) for inspiration, education, fun, and fellowship.

Need an extra retreat day? Optional early check-in is available starting Sunday 2/22 at 5:00pm (select Sunday stay when you register).

Regular check-in begins Monday at 1:30pm.
