Annual gathering of United Methodist Conference Camp & Retreat Ministry Executives.
Basic Info:
Connect with other conference staff who have responsibility for camp and retreat ministries. Event registration includes, three nights lodging, seven meals and airport transportation. Our dinner out Wednesday night is not included and is your own responsibility.
Double Occupancy: $275 per person
Single Occupancy: $395 per person*
*Single occupancy registration will be limited to ensure room availability for all. If it is unavailable at the time of registration, you may leave a request in the comments section to be wait-listed for a single room.
Shuttle information:
Shuttles will leave BWI on Monday, December 9 at 1pm and 4:30pm. If you need a shuttle, please make your travel plans accordingly.
Shuttles will leave Pecometh at 6:00am and 8:30am on Thursday, December 12. Please do not book your departing flight any earlier than 9:30am if you plan to use the shuttle.
Early arrival option:
Andy Thornton, Baltimore-Washington Conference, has arranged for a tour of Two Historic Methodist sites in Baltimore, Lovely Lane and Old Otterbein Churches. There will also be time for shopping and dining in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. There are two options:
- Arrive BWI by 4:30pm on Sunday, December 8. Includes shuttle from BWI to West River Center, lodging on Sunday night, Monday breakfast, transportation to Baltimore, then to Pecometh for the Execs' Gathering. Lunch is on your own. Cost: $50/person
- Red-Eye/Early Bird: Arrive BWI by 8:30am, on Monday, December 9. Includes transportation to Baltimore, then to Pecometh for the Execs' Gathering. Lunch is on your own. Cost: $10/person.
North Central Jurisdiction:
NCJ will be holding their meeting after the Execs Gathering. Includes lodging the night of December 12, three meals and shuttle transportation to BWI on Friday, December 13. The shuttle will leave Pecometh at 8:00am. Book departing flights no earlier than 11:00am. Cost: $89/person (in addition to Execs' Gathering fee).
