  • You will be billed at the double occupancy rate of $159. If space allows and you are assigned a single-occupancy room, you will be billed the difference of $136.

Registration Info:

Event registration includes, two nights lodging and six meals.

Hotel accommodations (two queens/room)
Double Occupancy: $159 per person
Single Occupancy: $295 per person*

Dorm accommodations
$109/person

*Single occupancy registration will NOT be available initially to ensure that as many people as possible can attend. There is a waitlist option when registering. If available, single rooms will be assigned in waitlist order.
