2021 UMCRM Conference Staff Summit

This fall it will have been two years since Conference staff/Execs who relate to United Methodist Camp & Retreat Ministries last gathered in person with colleagues from across the country, and several new execs have joined the community since then. All are encouraged to attend the whole UMCRM National Gathering, "In The Kitchen", and then stay on for this extra day just for execs to worship, pray, and share together. 

We encourage all to plan to attend both events and to book travel accordingly. 

If you are planning to attend the National Gathering, registration is in 2 parts:

1) Register for the National Gathering 

2) Register for the UMCRM Summit  Click the Register button at the bottom of the blue box on the left. Select the same lodging that you chose for the Gathering week -- you'll be able to stay on for the extra day in your same room. Registration includes Friday lunch, Friday lodging, Saturday breakfast, and all programming.

*If you're coming in just for the Summit, please choose Washington Lodge or Off-site housing.

We will gather Friday morning after breakfast for devotions, and then share the day together in small and large group discussion. Lunch is provided on site at Jumonville. We will visit and tour the Healthy Village Learning Institute and Bishop Moore-Koikoi will lead us in a time of worship. We will dine out together as a group on Friday evening. Departures after breakfast on Saturday morning, 10/30.
